(UK) ELEKTRA 45 rpm Singles
1965-1971

This is a previously published list, originally compiled by Paul Pelletier in the 1980s, here updated. During 1966, several singles from Elektra were issued on the UK London(-American) label, a Decca subsidiary. Much earlier, in 1955, Elektra recordings by Sonny Terry appeared on a Vogue 78 and EP (the latter with a sleeve note by Alexis Korner). Also, at the start of 1961 (or maybe the end of 1960), Elektra LPs were issued in the UK, but nothing is known about the company involved - as they retained the original U.S. catalogue numbers, they may have been imported copies.
     Any additional information is welcome.

Next, a brief Elektra 7-inch 45 rpm singles series using the original US cat. nos., missing nos. are not UK issues
To confuse matters, when Kinney became the parent company in July 1971, for ordering / stock control purposes it allocated
duplicate K 12000 nos. to these issues without necessarily repressing them with the new cat. nos.
